We look forward to working with you.

In Real Estate, the basic definition of ‘mixed use’ is when we combine a commercial and residential development; zoned for both, commercial and residential use.

This category describes any property that has a ‘mix’ of ‘more than one use’. It could be a downtown commercial building with residential apartments, or it could also be a residential property with large acreage and farm building improvements. It could be a working farm with acreage, or recreational woodland with substantial tillable fields.

With an experienced competent Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, you won’t have to worry about if the appraiser can handle the property you need appraised. Only an “AG”, the Certified General Level of Licensure is capable of handling ANY level of appraisal order complexity. Those appraisers who are not Certified General are limited to those properties consisting of single family residences and 1-4 Units, properties that are not too big and not too complex in nature.

Listed below are some of our client’s completed past appraisal orders for ‘Mixed Use’ commercial property types.
